1. 7-Day Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your course enrollment, you are eligible to request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
- You have watched or completed less than 25% of the total course video content.
- The course completion certificate has not been generated or downloaded.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund window has passed.
- If more than 25% of the course modules have been completed.
- If a course completion certificate has already been issued.
- In cases of policy violations, fraud, or unauthorized account sharing.
3. Cancellation Policy
For digital course enrollments, access is granted instantly upon payment. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges (if applicable), but previous purchases remain subject to our 7-day refund policy above.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your registered name, registered email address, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your account activity and respond within 24 business hours.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Wallet via Razorpay).
- The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
