2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access courses and student dashboards, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Never share your account credentials or course video access links with unauthorized third parties.

3. Course Enrolment & Pricing

Course fees are displayed on the platform in INR (₹) or USD ($) plus applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change. Access is granted to enrolled students upon confirmation of payment verification by Razorpay.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All video content, course materials, prompt libraries, project templates, branding, 3D assets, graphics, and code on Aiconiq Studios are the exclusive property of D Media Makers / Aiconiq Studios. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view course videos. Unauthorized downloading, copying, redistribution, or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aiconiq Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services or educational content.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
